Professional Background: 

Gwen joined the firm in November 2025.  She has a B.Sc in Biology, is accredited under the Farm Business Adviser Accreditation Scheme for Scotland and is a FACTs member.  Gwen has worked as an Agricultural Consultant in Aberdeenshire since 1998.  She under took a John Fotheringham Scholarship to Ontario and Prince Edward Island on fertiliser use and GPS before GPS took off in 1998.
